Star Aluminium Order Pickers
- Star order pickers are designed for warehouse, distribution centre and storage facility environments where operators need safe elevated access to racking, shelving and mezzanine storage levels. Six standard models span platform heights from 900 mm to 2,400 mm, covering the access range required for single-level and double-level racking systems without over-engineering the solution.
- The retractable wheel system allows an operator to move the unit by hand across flat warehouse floors. Once the platform is in position, rubber stabilising feet deploy to prevent rolling and keep the unit stationary during the picking task. An 800 mm boom arm extends deck reach out over racking faces and shelving edges, placing the operator in a safe working position above the load zone. Safety yellow handrails provide continuous edge protection throughout.
- The anti-slip resistant deck surface and 200 kg SWL supports everyday picking and restocking tasks. Each unit is fitted with a compliance plate covering WHS requirements and is backed by a Lifetime Structural Warranty. Custom models are available for non-standard racking heights or specialist distribution applications.

- Check the platform's surface and weld points in order to ensure there is no external damage or corrosion from weather conditions that can cause a safety issue.
- If any damage is found on the equipment when checking your monthly inspection routine, please mark the equipment as "out of service" and call us so we may discuss what needs to be repaired.
