Getting the manufacturing right is not optional. Star Aluminium manufactures access equipment in-house to AS/NZS standards. All structural fabrication is carried out using 6061-T6 aluminium alloy, the grade specified for structural applications where strength-to-weight ratio and corrosion resistance matter. Welding and assembly are done under a quality management system certified to ISO 9001:2015, which means every stage of the production process is monitored, documented and subject to quality checks before the product moves to the next stage.
Every finished unit carries a compliance plate covering the relevant Australian Standards and WHS requirements. Rigorous testing and final quality checks are completed before anything leaves the facility. The Lifetime Structural Warranty applied to the standard product range is backed by the same manufacturing processes that the custom and project ranges go through.
