The structural integrity of a platform, stair tower or walkway has to hold up not just at delivery but across years of use in industrial, mining, transport and construction environments. A warranty that ends after a year or excludes structural failure puts the entire cost back on the site.
Star Aluminium covers every standard product with a Lifetime Structural Warranty. This covers structural defects in materials and workmanship throughout the working life of the equipment, not a fixed period, not pro-rated, not limited to the original purchaser. The warranty is backed by the in-house manufacturing process at Carrum Downs, VIC, where every weld and assembly is performed under an ISO 9001:2015 quality management system with a compliance plate fitted before dispatch.
The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, modification or environmental conditions outside the product's rated operating range. If you suspect a warranty claim, contact the Star Aluminium support team with photos and order details, the team will assess and advise on next steps before any equipment is taken out of service or returned.

Compliance Backing

Exclusions
Damage from misuse, unauthorised modification, operation outside the rated load or environmental specification, or normal wear of consumable items (castors, fasteners) is not covered.
