Four standard models cover platform heights from 2.1 m to 3.9 m, each rated to 200 KG and supplied flat-packed to reduce freight costs and simplify delivery to site.
The system uses flush mount brackets to attach the top of the ladder directly to the mezzanine floor edge, providing a stable and permanent connection that integrates cleanly with the existing structure. Bolt-down base plates anchor the lower frame to the floor. The hinged boom arm at the top functions as a safety gate: it must be opened before stepping onto the mezzanine level, and closes once the operator is through, maintaining a fall protection barrier at all times.
Powder-coated yellow handrails at 957 mm height provide both grip and high-visibility identification in busy warehouse and production environments. The 150 mm deep slip-resistant treads and 630 mm system width provide confident footing for operators making multiple ascents and descents during a shift.
