Every model in the range is manufactured to Australian Standards and fitted with a compliance plate, supporting WHS obligations across transport depots, mining workshops, aviation hangars, construction sites and general industrial maintenance environments. The ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system covers all design, fabrication and quality control processes, ensuring consistent product quality from every unit that leaves the Carrum Downs manufacturing facility.
For applications outside the standard range, custom work platforms are engineered to match specific vehicle geometries, working heights, deck sizes and mobility requirements. Star Aluminium has been designing and manufacturing access solutions since 1999, with the engineering capability to develop platforms for any height access challenge.
