Not every access requirement is permanent. A maintenance shutdown, a one-off site project or a short-term fleet expansion does not always justify the capital cost of buying new access equipment outright. The hire range gives you access to Star Aluminium's standard products on flexible short and long-term terms, the same equipment, the same compliance, without the ownership commitment.
Hire equipment is built at and maintained from our Carrum Downs, VIC facility using the same modern metalworking processes as the standard product range. Every unit going out on hire carries a compliance plate and is inspected before dispatch. The aluminium construction handles the wear of repeat deployment without the corrosion and degradation that affects steel hire fleets over time.
Hire terms are straightforward: time-based charging until equipment is returned, payment by credit card with photo ID on collection, and a delivery/pick-up service available on request. Fuel, consumables and damage are additional. Unlisted equipment configurations can usually be sourced, enquire with the team before placing a hire order.

All hire equipment is manufactured to Australian Standards including AS 1657 and AS/NZS 1892.1 as applicable. Equipment is inspected before dispatch and issued with current compliance documentation. ISO 9001:2015 manufacturing quality applies to the entire Star Aluminium product range.
