The Carrum Downs facility is Star Aluminium’s founding site and main manufacturing base. Since 1999, all aluminium work platforms, truck access systems and modular access units have been designed, fabricated and load-tested here. The 17-19 Lieber Grove site holds the full product range in stock and is where our engineering team is based.

As the head office, the VIC team handles custom engineering requests, structural documentation and AS/NZS compliance certification for non-standard configurations. If your project requires a modified height, a specific finish or a system built around your loading dock layout, our Carrum Downs engineers can assess and quote directly.

Delivery Areas From Carrum Downs

Regular freight runs cover all Melbourne metropolitan postcodes, Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo, Wodonga and the Latrobe Valley. South Australia and Tasmania are also supplied from this location, with freight coordinated through our established logistics network. For urgent requirements, same-week dispatch is available on stocked product lines.
