Star Aluminium StarRise Adjustable Work Platform

The StarRise adjustable work platform by Star Aluminium is designed to provide safe operator access at maintenance and at-height work tasks across transport, fleet servicing, aviation and general industrial environments. The platform covers a height range from 1,800 mm to 3,600 mm, accommodating the majority of vehicle maintenance access elevations within a single unit without requiring a height change for every different vehicle model.
Height adjustment is controlled through an integrated heavy-duty winch mechanism, allowing one operator to raise or lower the deck to the required working height without tools or additional equipment. Full-perimeter guardrails surround the operator once on the deck, providing enclosed edge protection throughout the task. Anti-slip deck surfaces and slip-resistant stair treads maintain footing security in wet and greasy workshop conditions.
Mobility wheels allow the platform to be moved between vehicle positions and maintenance bays without lifting equipment. The compact footprint keeps the StarRise suitable for use in busy workshops where space between vehicles and equipment is limited. A compliance plate is fitted to each unit, and all StarRise platforms are backed by a Lifetime Structural Warranty.

Aftercare & Maintenance

All Star Aluminium StarRise work platforms are manufactured to Australian Standards for height access equipment and vehicle maintenance applications.
Every unit is supplied with a fitted compliance plate and engineering certification.
Our standard StarRise platforms comply with WHS requirements and carry a Lifetime Structural Warranty.
Every month, we recommend that you inspect every working platform to make sure they are safe for use.
Check the platform's surface and weld points in order to ensure there is no external damage or corrosion from weather conditions that can cause a safety issue.
If any damage is found on the equipment when checking your monthly inspection routine, please mark the equipment as "out of service" and call us so we may discuss what needs to be repaired.

What platform heights does the StarRise cover?

Seven standard models (SR1800 through SR3600) provide platform heights from 1,800 mm to 3,600 mm. This range covers the majority of vehicle maintenance access elevations, from light commercial vehicles to heavy trucks and large industrial equipment. Custom heights outside the standard range are available on request.

What is the load rating on the StarRise?

All seven standard models carry a 150 kg SWL. This rating supports single-operator maintenance tasks including engine bay access, cab-over servicing and at-height inspection work. The deck is constructed from 3 mm anti-slip aluminium checker plate to maintain footing on greasy and wet workshop surfaces.
