Over the years we have found an increased demand for adjustable platforms that can hold heavy weights at a number of customizable heights – predominantly in the transport and logistics industry.
Our first adjustable platform design was developed for an Australian-wide transporting company that needed one platform with multiple heights for maintenance work on their fleet of heavy vehicles.
Today, Star Aluminium provides Adjustable Maintenance Platforms that have been carefully constructed and designed in-house with a safety yellow painted hand railing for added visibility.
Each platform is manufactured with Aluminium featuring an alloy temper of 6061 T6 and is load-rated with an S.W.L of 200kg and an S.W.L of 150kg for the cantilever area.

Every month, we recommend that you inspect every working platform to make sure they are safe for use.
Check the platform’s surface and weld points in order to ensure there is no external damage or corrosion from weather conditions that can cause a safety issue.
If any damage is found on the equipment when checking your monthly inspection routine please mark the equipment as “out of service” and call us so we may discuss what needs to be repaired.
