Star Aluminium No Bolt 4700 Series Scaffold
- As of 2015, Star Aluminium is the only manufacturer in Australia building scaffolding compatible with the No Bolt 4700 series. The 4700 series uses a unique North/South and East/West frame configuration that delivers flexibility and ease of use across a wide range of scaffolding applications, from construction and façade work to industrial maintenance and event infrastructure.
- All 4700 series frames are a uniform 915 mm height, and every frame is fully interchangeable within the scaffold system. Unlike conventional scaffold systems that require separate base frames, guardrail frames and intermediate frames that need to be coordinated and matched to specific positions, the 4700 series requires only two frame types to complete a full scaffold build. This reduces the number of distinct components that need to be managed on site and eliminates the planning complexity of tiered frame systems.
- All Star Aluminium No Bolt scaffold components are manufactured from 6061-T6 aluminium alloy for a high strength-to-weight ratio and long-term corrosion resistance. The same manufacturing standards and quality controls that apply across all Star Aluminium product lines apply to the 4700 series. All components are backed by a Lifetime Structural Warranty.
Aftercare & Maintenance
- All Star Aluminium products are designed and manufactured to Australian Standards for height access and industrial equipment.
- Every unit is supplied with a compliance plate and engineering certification.
- Our standard products comply with WHS requirements and carry a Lifetime Structural Warranty.
- Every month, we recommend that you inspect every working unit to make sure they are safe for use.
- Check the unit's surface and weld points in order to ensure there is no external damage or corrosion from weather conditions that can cause a safety issue.
- If any damage is found on the equipment when checking your monthly inspection routine, please mark the equipment as "out of service" and call us so we may discuss what needs to be repaired.
