Mobile Scaffold Solutions
Aluminium mobile scaffold in single, double and triple width, platform heights to 5,500 mm, rated 225 – 450 kg, fully welded 6061-T6 construction.
Where fixed scaffold
is impractical.
There are a lot of situations where a fixed scaffold is impractical and a work platform does not reach high enough. Mobile scaffold fills that gap. It can be moved between positions across a site, set up without specialist trades and reach heights that standard platforms cannot cover, while still giving operators a proper guarded deck to work from rather than a ladder.
Star Aluminium mobile scaffold is built from fully welded 6061-T6 aluminium alloy. Nothing is bolted or clipped together in a way that loosens under use. Three platform widths are available: 750 mm single, 1,200 mm double and 1,800 mm triple. Maximum platform height reaches 5,500 mm with outrigger stabilisers fitted. Load ratings are 225 kg for single-width and 450 kg for double and triple-width configurations. Heavy-duty 200 mm castors with locking brakes are fitted as standard on all models.
The No Bolt 4700-compatible range covers sites that already use the 4700 system and need components that integrate with existing frames. Both ranges carry a compliance plate, are manufactured to Australian Standards and backed by a Lifetime Structural Warranty.

What platform widths are available for Star Aluminium mobile scaffold?
Three platform widths are available: 750 mm single, 1,200 mm double and 1,800 mm triple. All three widths are available in the standard range and in the No Bolt 4700-compatible range for sites that use the 4700 system.
What is the maximum platform height for the mobile scaffold range?
Maximum platform height is 5,500 mm with outrigger stabilisers fitted. The platform can be set at lower heights across the adjustment range. Always confirm the specific height increments available for each model before ordering.
What load rating applies to the mobile scaffold?
Single-width models are rated to 225 kg. Double and triple-width configurations are rated to 450 kg. These ratings cover the combined weight of operators and equipment on the deck at any time.
What is the No Bolt 4700-compatible range?
The No Bolt 4700-compatible range provides aluminium scaffold components that integrate directly with existing 4700 system frames on sites that already use this standard. Components are designed to the same manufacturing standards as the main Star Aluminium range and carry a compliance plate and Lifetime Structural Warranty.
What documentation is provided with each mobile scaffold?
All mobile scaffold units ship with a compliance plate confirming manufacture to applicable Australian Standards under ISO 9001:2015. A Lifetime Structural Warranty applies to the structural integrity of the fabrication when operated within the design load rating.
