Access Equipment Hire

1. We charge for time out – until equipment is returned
2. To pay hire charges as invoiced by the owner until goods are returned to the owner’s premises.
3. To pay Star Aluminium for any equipment lost or stolen while on hire at rates as invoiced by the owner.
4. To pay for repairs to any equipment damaged while on hire as invoiced by the owner.
5. Star Aluminium has the right to terminate the hire and recover the hired equipment at any time.
6. That no warranty or condition express or implied is given by the owner as to the condition of the goods, or as to the suitability or fitness of the goods for any purpose.
7. Star Aluminium shall not be liable for any damages suffered by the hirer for any reason whatsoever including any delay, inconvenience, expense, or loss of any kind due to breakdown, non-performance, unsuitability, misdeliver, failure to deliver or unavailability of equipment, or the negligence of the owner or its servants or agents.
8. Star Aluminium does not accept any responsibility for any injuries to person or persons or damage to property belonging to the hirer or to anyone arising out of the use of any machinery or equipment nearby hired however such injury or damage may arise or be caused.
9. Notwithstanding anything herein contained this contract shall be subject to such terms, conditions, and warranties as are implied by law relating hereto, to the extent that they are incapable of being excluded by agreement.
10. You authorize Star Aluminium to debit your card daily/weekly until returned.

Hire Requirements:

• Photo ID required – Victorian driver’s licence
• Payment by credit card only
• Signed credit card payment authority will also be held in lieu of a deposit
• Cash & cheques are never accepted
• Delivery & pick-up service available
• Fuel & consumables extra
• Prices subject to change
